Fees & funding questions
Do you charge top-up fees on funded hours?
No. Your funded hours are free at the point of use. Any charges only ever apply to additional private hours or optional extras you choose to add.
How do I know if I'm eligible for 30 hours?
30 funded hours are for eligible working parents. The quickest way to check is the government’s Childcare Choices website — or get in touch and we’ll talk you through it.
Can I mix funded and paid hours?
Absolutely. Many families use their funded hours and add extra paid hours to suit their week. We’ll set it out clearly so you know exactly what you’ll pay.
When are fees due?
Fees for additional hours and any optional extras are invoiced in advance. We’ll confirm the schedule and payment details when you register.
Is a deposit needed to hold a place?
We charge a £30 refundable deposit which is refunded after the first term that your child joins our setting.
